The main goal of this dance class is to immerse yourself in your body and in your thoughts, to feel your body from the inside out, and to express your inner thoughts and feelings with movement.
Whatever we have in life, be it frustration or an obstacle, it all surrounds us and sometimes dominates our bodies.
What is interesting to me is how we can deal with this and how you can control your feelings and thoughts. How you can form an intrinsic motivation that you can take into everyday life from the experience gained through movement.
We’ll start with our own movement exercises that warm up our bodies in the second half of the class I will introduce you to the current inspiration.
I am going to use pictures and videos for these. After that we start moving in the space and use our interpretation. At the beginning of the journey I will be there and lead you but after a while I will let you experience your own “journey”.
It is possible to share your journey, but it is not obligatory, because sometimes we can't formulate what happened, but we feel it. We will develop the journey later and if we go back to the same state of body - mind as many times as possible, it will become clear
