Now that I haven’t been training and attending other dance classes since 3 years, I feel like I’m learning another form of dance and movement.
Exercise helps maintain my concentration and stimulate my emotional state. I wander quite a lot, but I don’t get depressed. Anyway “By dancing, you can even fight depression” You can be yourself! However, you need to know that this is not going to change fast. You need to move and dance and repeat. Dance outdoors, in your room, in the shower, and feel free to dance anywhere.
Sometimes it’s not tangible, but you feel it and that’s exactly what’s amazing about it, if we could describe it then the miracle would happen differently.
Since I had a meniscus knee surgery I put attention to moving my lower body part and trying to do some good exercises in the morning to avoid my uncomfortable pain in my knee. On the other hand, it helps to get into a clearer and more conscious state in the morning.
Morning exercises that help wake up my body: they’re varied, but there are a couple of well-traced movement that I really like to use, especially in the morning. These are usually repetitive short 3 to 5 repetitive exercises.

Day / 5 I missed two days writing about my day but today I am going to share some experiences.
Thursday I retuned to Tai Chi after 5 years. (Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan)
I have had some Tai Chi training when I studied at the Budapest Contemporary Academy. Every summer the school organised a camp. We had a tai chi workshop every morning at 6 am in the forest. It was cold and foggy, sometimes windy and rainy but we were good students and stayed under the grey cloud and participated in the class. Almost every year people fainted during the class. Anyway, it was a good experience, and very challenging.
Yesterday’s class was detailed and I liked the teacher. I felt very well instructed. I totally forgot how relaxed I can be and the same time fiery like a volcano erupting but also like a bird with big wings flying in the wilderness. I felt uplifted and energised after the class.
Today I started my new project research and I managed to schedule all the steps that I have to do for this project to succeed. I have started the application for Laban Academy and I have watched some YouTube vlog about how to journal your day and in the morning I spent some time to apply for jobs, but that was so boring. As an artist in this world stage situation it is not very easy to find any job which is related to my profession.
I started this blog for myself - care challenge where I can share my journey but as I have read self - care challenge is something for you to keep tracking your habits change anyway. For me it is good to share and write because it is helping me to reflect on my day. Soon I am going to start a bullet journal which will helps me to track everything in one notebook.

I am sitting here and I realised I didn't move very much.
I know my challenge is about moving outside and doing some exercises ether in the morning or evening, btw I am not saying I did not move all day I have done some simple knee strengthening exercises at home in the living room. I used my yellow ball and my blue terra band to do some knee stabilisation exercises.
I have learned these exercises from Zsuzsanna Paszti.
I am trying to learn how to be more self-disciplined and productive because I have lots of thoughts about initiating projects and often I start them and in the middle I lose my ideas because I am jumping into the projects or I did not have a very strong vision or I can say answers for these questions: What is the purpose of this? Where do I see myself after the projects.
With the research I am on the way to carry on my projects and see my goals.
I just have to be more patient and well organised.

The Autumn variations of colours: shades of yellow, orange, red, purple, and brown
It was a sunny day I had a nice walk with Rod in Hyde Park in London. I saw a black swan which I heard live in Australia so this is quite a long journey for them and then I saw some parakeets. They were just standing on the railing under the tree and waiting for people to feed them. There was a guy who just grabbed an apple from home to feed them and later on I bumped into some jumping squirrels.
In the afternoon I had an amazing Online Movement class with Tamara and Eva. They have been taking this online class since we had lockdown. It is a good time to do some movement class and share my practices with them. Everyday I can see the joy of dancing and the freedom coming from them.
I wanted to run or do some exercise but I didn’t do it - bad starting day, but I have collected some good energy and lots of fun by looking at these animals who are living in the park. I may have to do this again - just walking and observing the beauty of the park and looking at the trees turning different colours and to feel the harmony of nature.

30 days Self - Care challenge or I can say commitment
A calendar where you can follow how I change my habit and commit myself to follow my challenge.
But before have a look at this: What does human being needs?
"Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a motivational theory in psychology comprising a five-tier model of human needs, often depicted as hierarchical levels within a pyramid.Needs lower down in the hierarchy must be satisfied before individuals can attend to needs higher up. From the bottom of the hierarchy upwards, the needs are: physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization."
What does my day look like? I sit in front of my laptop and planing my future and resulution from morning to night, I don’t move out very often just sometimes for buying some food or grab a flat white from the corner coffee shop. Of course, this is also an advantage, because on the one hand I have studied and improved my knowledge,
I have taken several courses by using this virtual classroom. But spending 24 hours at home is enough.
Anyway, I’ will see If I get a job from next week and I see how much free time I may get but I definitely want to keep pushing myself and get through of this.
So my challenge will be to do morning or evening workouts - movement practices for 30 days. This will be some movement practices from my dance background and sometimes running in the park.
To really commit myself I know after 2 - 3 days it can be very hard to follow my plan so I will start slowly and when become part of my daily routine I will increase my exercise and the days
Also, I will pay attention to proper nutrition, fluid and also schedule my agenda to spend my day usefully.
In addition to all of this, I will visit some exhibitions or free events around London to keep me inspired and motivated..
